Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Location: Tullamarine     Type: Full Time     Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)

Reporting to our Company Directors, the successful candidate will need to possess experience and skills including;

  • Processing of Payroll, Leave Accruals and Superannuation
  • Invoicing
  • Award Interpretation
  • Debt Collection
  • Liaise with Company Accountants
  • Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
  • Superannuation Compliance
  • Reporting and Reconciliations
  • Month End Journals and Adjustments
  • IAS and BAS Lodgements
  • Payroll Tax Lodgements
  • Bas License Would Be an Advantage

To be successful in this role you will need to be:

  • Proven Bookkeeping experience across varied industries
  • Minimum CERT IV in Bookkeeping
  • Be willing to learn new software packages and grow with the company
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proficiency in Xero, and Myob accounting packages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a MUST
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience with Recruit Online (Highly Regarded but not Essential)
